The following is a list of Cell Sites I’ve discovered in Auckland recently.
- West Tamaki Road, Glendowie — This site has had a Woosh Wireless installation for a while now which I already have photos of, but have not yet uploaded. However today (11 June 2007) I discovered that Vodafone has added one 3G panel to this site, to add extra capacity and coverage in this area. This site is apparently called ‘Wai O Taiki Bay’.
- Sylvia Park Shopping Centre, Sylvia Park — The exisiting Vodafone installation has had some GSM 1800 antennas (not sure when, but before June 2007) added to it, to double the capacity avaliable on the 2G service.
